Conditions

  1. Bed & Breakfast Morgenster is a non-smoking accomodation. Please respect this.
  2. Pets are not allowed in the Bed & Breakfast.
  3. Check-in from 16.00-18.00. Deviating check-in times can be arranged in consultation.
  4. You owe the B&B Morgenster the agreed rent, as stated in the invoice of the reservation.
  5. All bookings require an initial deposit of 50% (as stated in the invoice) upon booking. The remaining amount should be payed at least 1 week before arrival. Booking within 1 week before arrivel requires the paymant of the total amount at once.
  6. We will cancel your reservation when your initial deposit is not transferred within 14 days after your reservation. If your second payment is not transfered to our account one week before your arrival, we reserve the right to reopen the booking reservation time on the Internet. Their will be not refund of your initial deposit.
  7. If you transfer your payment at once and you need to cancel your reservation for an unexpected reason, we will refund part of the payment.
  8. Damage and missing items of movable and immovable property should be immediately reported and payed.
  9. B&B Morgenster is not responsible for damage, loss or theft of guests' belongings. In case of disputes, all (juridical) costs should be payed by the guests.
  10. In case of key loss from B&B Morgenster, the resulting costs are charged on the guests.
